Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Methods
All Noorvyaa orders are prepaid. You can pay using:
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Wallets
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is not available at this time. Every order must be placed using one of the prepaid payment options above. This helps us keep your order secure and dispatch it quickly.
Payment Security
- All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
- We do not store your card details, UPI ID or banking information.
Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If your payment is deducted but you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us with your payment details.
Failed or Pending Payments
- If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, the amount is usually returned to your original payment method by your bank within 5-7 working days.
- If the amount is not returned within this time, please contact us and we will help you resolve it.
Refunds
